Turfgrass will be maintained and be available for harvest 12 months a year, with grass available by the Pallet, Big Rolls and Small Rolls. 

MEASUREMENTS:

Grass is sold by the square yard. In order to determine the amount of turfgrass needed for your site. Simply multiply length x width.

Example: If your site is 100 yards by 100 yards - you need to order approximately 10,000 square yards of turfgrass.

Example: If your site is measured in feet, divide by 9. If your site is 200 feet x 200 feet. Simply multiply 200 x 200 = 40,000 square feet / 9 = approximately 4,444 square yards

SHIPPING STANDARDS:

Prior to harvesting, Turfgrass is mowed uniformly to a height of approximately 1 inch. Each full pallet contains approximately 450 square feet of sod. Tifway is shipped sufficiently dry for transportation and handling, yet moist enough to facilitate installation. It should be installed immediately after delivery. Shipping pallets are the property of Poinsett Turfgrass Company. If pallet pick-up is required, please make pick-up arrangements when the sod is ordered.
